President

The President serves as the Chief Executive Officer and overall leader of the organization, exercising general supervision over all members and activities of the board. As the official spokesperson, the President represents the organization in all formal matters and is solely authorized to sign documents on behalf of the council. They are responsible for calling and presiding over all board meetings, preparing the agenda, and ensuring that the executive board adviser is well-informed of all events and activities. The President also leads in formulating organizational goals, motivating members to achieve them and acts as the official representative of the organization to the CEIT Student Council and performs any additional tasks necessary to uphold the organization’s integrity, efficiency, and overall success.

Internal Affairs

The Internal Affairs Committee serves as the connection between the organization and various university offices, ensuring effective coordination and communication within the institution. It is responsible for managing and disseminating the organization’s official documents and communications within the university premises. Other than that, the Internal Affairs committee also takes the initiative on coordinating logistical needs such as booking and securing venues for organizational events and activities within the university.

External Affairs

The External Affairs Committee functions as the official representative for the PIIE-CvSU SC, dedicated to managing and strengthening all relationships and linkages outside the university. Our core responsibility is to serve as the main point of contact for external parties, ensuring consistent and professional communication with other organizations, to uphold our recognized standing within the network of student and professional organizations. We are also in charge of coordinating and facilitating the organization's active presence in external events, congresses, and competitions—handling the necessary logistics and ensuring our representatives are prepared to participate—with the key objective of boosting PIIE-CvSU SC's overall visibility and recognition within the wider Industrial Engineering community.

Academics and Research

The Academics and Research Committee oversees the academic responsibilities of the organization, closely monitoring students’ academic needs through offering tutorials and seminar sessions. The committee also focuses on elevating the learning environment of the students concerning the aid of academic constraints caused by various elements in the learning system. Its initiatives range from providing knowledge banks, learning directories, and help desks. The Acads Team helps assure that the learning demands of Industrial Engineering is carefully translated to students, such that they will appreciate the lessons the program has to offer.

Activities and Operations

The Activities and Operations Committee is responsible for the planning, preparation, and implementation of all non-academic events within the organization. It serves as the central body that oversees the successful execution of various events and activities, including social-civic programs, performing arts, and collaborative projects that promote unity among members. The committee plays a vital role in ensuring that all events are efficiently organized and effectively managed from conceptualization to completion. It also provides members with opportunities to develop essential skills in event management, leadership, and team coordination.

Documentation

 The Documentation Committee stands as the organization’s memory and record keeper, ensuring that every activity and milestone is preserved with clarity and pride. It takes charge of preparing essential documents such as activity proposals, approval requests, and assistance letters to important offices including the infirmary, security, technical support, and more. Beyond this, the committee ensures proper monitoring of participants through registration and attendance sheets. Its most impactful role lies in producing accomplishment reports that highlight the success and growth of the organization, and in writing minutes of the meeting that serve as the official record of decisions and discussions. With accuracy, diligence, and dedication, the Documentation Committee transforms every event into a lasting legacy, showcasing the strength and professionalism of the organization.

 Communications 

 The Communications Committee is in charge of sharing information for the organization. They manage social media accounts, write captions, and create scripts for events and announcements. Their goal is to make sure everyone knows about the organization’s activities and that all messages are clear, accurate, and professional.

Marketing 

The Marketing Committee is responsible for executing all marketing and promotional efforts of the organization. It plans and manages strategies to effectively promote events, initiatives, and campaigns that highlight the organization’s goals and achievements. The committee also builds and maintains connections with potential sponsors and partners to support various activities. By maintaining a strong and professional image across all platforms, the Marketing Committee ensures that the organization remains recognized, respected, and trusted by its audience.

Finance

The Finance Committee is responsible for managing and overseeing all financial activities of the organization. This committee ensures that funds are used wisely, transparently, and in alignment with the organization’s goals and policies. The Finance Committee is responsible for budgeting, recording expenses, collecting funds, and preparing financial reports. They also oversee fundraising initiatives and maintain accurate records of all transactions. With honesty, accountability, and organization, this committee plays a vital role in sustaining the financial stability and success of the projects and events.

Publication

The Publication Committee of PIIE-CvSU SC oversees all publicity, information dissemination, and documentation efforts of the organization. It is responsible for creating publication materials, capturing photos and videos, and managing technical requirements during events. The committee ensures that announcements reach members effectively while upholding the organization’s image through quality creative and media outputs.

Gender Awareness and Development

The Gender Awareness and Development Committee is responsible for promoting gender equality, inclusivity, and awareness within the organization. It ensures that activities and programs are aligned with GAD principles, encouraging respect, equal opportunities, and the active participation of all members regardless of gender. The committee also leads initiatives, campaigns, and discussions that highlight the importance of gender sensitivity, women empowerment, and the elimination of discrimination, creating a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.

Athletics and Recreation

The Athletics and Recreation Committee is dedicated to promoting the overall health, wellness, and camaraderie of Industrial Engineering students by maintaining a balance between academics and recreation. It organizes sports events, fitness programs, and recreational activities that encourage physical activity, teamwork, and stress relief. The committee also supports and recognizes student-athletes, providing them with opportunities to excel both academically and athletically while fostering a spirit of sportsmanship and unity within the community.

Administrative Support Chief

The Administrative Support Chief leads the powerhouse behind PIIE-CvSU SC’s activities, publications, and marketing efforts. They serve as the bridge connecting creativity, organization, and promotion, making sure every event runs smoothly, every post looks polished, and every campaign reaches its audience. Working closely with the President and different committees, the Administrative Support Chief fosters teamwork, collaboration, and efficiency to keep the organization’s operations running at their best.
